- unblock heart.
- keep taking the high road despite bullshit.
- throw up the bitter pill i must have inadvertently swallowed after experiencing the year of total hell..AKA 2009.
maybe this is what i'll need to have done in order to rectify this blockage in my cardiovascular system...
